We’ve confirmed that HGTV Hometown Takeover’s site is down. They’ve given us a Dropbox link to upload submissions, so please don’t panic, but we still need your submissions to put Chillicothe’s best foot forward.

They also need a signed materials release and application with the submission, as well as a release for anyone whose voice or image is featured in the video. The forms are attached below.
