Our friends at Bell Manor are starting their construction project and a new Nourse project is planned near Panera Bread (and close to the currently under construction Texas Roadhouse) … and Halloween lovers will be happy to know it appears that Spirit Halloween plans to be back this fall — and according to the permits, it’s an interesting place this year. Check the address and see if you can guess without looking it up.
