VILLARREAL LAW FIRM is pleased to welcome Attorney Jason Miller back to his hometown as the newest addition to our firm and the Chillicothe legal community!

Prior to his initial relocation, Jason served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney under (then Prosecuting Attorney) Scott Nusbaum, until he left to take a position prosecuting both felonies and misdemeanors in northern Ohio. Now, upon his return to Chillicothe, Jason brings 20 years of trial experience to the Villarreal Law Firm as a civil litigator, ready to take on all types of cases including divorce, dissolution, custody matters, estate planning, wills, trusts and powers of attorney, as well as personal injury, landlord/tenant, property and contract disputes and most other types of civil matters. Jason will also be serving the City of Chillicothe as an Assistant Law Director, where he will continue to prosecute in the Chillicothe Municipal Court.

Commenting on Jason’s addition, Attorney Anna Villarreal said, “Jason and his family are thrilled to be back in his hometown of Chillicothe, Ohio! Jason will be available for clients throughout central and southern Ohio, and is looking forward to integrating back into his community. We are fortunate that Jason has decided to join our firm in private practice as well as the City of Chillicothe as an Assistant Law Director, and we look forward to working with him and his clients.”

Jason is a 1994 graduate of Zane Trace High School and a 1998 graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Jason went to law school at Ohio Northern University where he graduated in 2001 with his Juris Doctorate degree. Jason is also an Ohio Supreme Court certified mediator.
