Weds. June 17, 2020                          9-11:30 AM (Online)            Positive Workplace Culture (Instructor:  Angie Smith)

Workplace culture is the shared values, belief systems, attitudes and the set of assumptions that people in a workplace share. This is shaped by individual upbringing, social and cultural context but is greatly influenced by the leaders and managers in the organization.  A positive workplace culture improves teamwork, raises the morale, increases productivity and efficiency, and enhances retention.

Weds. September 16, 2020              9-11:30 AM (Online)           Coaching and Mentoring (Instructor: Angie Smith)

Developing coaching and mentoring skills is key to becoming a valued leader.  One of the most important responsibilities of leadership is developing employees so they perform at higher levels. This challenges leaders to provide continual feedback and coaching to help employees understand how to meet and exceed important performance standards.

Weds. December 9, 2020               9-11:30 AM (Online)             StrengthsFinder (Instructor: Sandy Hinton)

Do you have the opportunity to focus on what you do best every day? Chances are, you don’t. From the cradle to the cubicle, we devote more time to fixing our shortcomings than to developing our strengths. As a participant, you will identify your individual strength themes by taking Clifton’s StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment. You will then discover and explore the meaning of your top 5  themes and how to leverage them to enhance overall development as both a person and a leader.
