DISCOUNT PRESCRIPTION DRUG CARD – The Chillicothe Ross Chamber offers a free prescription discount card to all members, members’ employees, and their families and friends. Discounts are available on both brand and generic medications. There are no restrictions, no income, age or eligibility requirements. It’s as simple as visiting www.chillicotheohio.com to print your free prescription discount card and presenting it at the pharmacy to receive a discount at point of sale. This card can be used as your primary plan and/or it can be used on prescriptions not covered by your insurance plan. FREEDOM VALUE CARD – The Freedom Value Plan is a program that provides discounts on many services and makes available to members at NO COST 24/7/365 over the phone the services of a board certified physician who can write a prescription to your local pharmacy for minor diseases and ailments. This includes everyone in the household. There is no limit on number of phone calls to the physician. Other features of the plan include: Discounts at your local pharmacies, Lab and Imaging Procedures, Diabetic Supplies, Nurse Hotline 24 hours a day and Worklife Services which provides numerous additional savings. This plan is not meant to take place of a family physician, but rather provide an affordable, convenient and accessible healthcare alternative for you to consider.
